Fire-rated Secure Entrance Doors and Fire Exits

Steel Fire Doors – fire tested from a minimum of 30 mins up to 4 hour fire-doors depending on the model chosen. These can have vision panels fitted, where required for light or to improve safety when opening outward to fire escape corridors. Any residential building that consists of more than one dwelling needs to have working fire doors on entrances that open into common areas. This also includes hotels, HMOs and those who have paying guests such as holiday rentals, bed & breakfast and Airbnb accomodation.
